Small Dog Beds – The Options are Endless!  

When shopping online for dog beds, you’ll undoubtedly notice that they come in all shapes, sizes, and styles.  If you have a small dog, then you need to make sure you don’t order too big of a bed.  Fortunately, there are plenty of great choices of small dog beds, and you should be able to find one that suits his/her needs. 

If you want to spoil your little doggy, then maybe a canopy or day bed will be the right choice.  If your dog likes to chew, you need to choose sturdier material.  Not all breeds are alike, and some prefer sleeping on different materials than others, so keep that in mind when choosing the padding. 

There’s also a style and design for just about any type of dog.  If you think your doggy or puppy would like feeling safe, then perhaps an enclosed bed would be a good choice. That way, your dog can hide anytime he/she wants!  Some small dog beds can even be disguised to resemble another piece of furniture, such as a loveseat. 

If your little companion is getting up there in years or has special needs, you can order a special bed that supports the musculo-skeletal system.  There are some orthopedic and warming beds, made in all colors and styles that are designed for dogs with special needs.  

There are some beautiful, quilted small dog beds available also.  These are hand-made and very, very classy.  If you think your dog will love sleeping on quilted artwork, some of which are very amazing, then you may want to consider this option.
